The collaboration with Mr. Meyer was very pleasant for all parties involved. His work on existing development processes and the new design that resulted from them was very effective and successful. In October 2017, Christoph Meyer from Provotek took over the ongoing project (technology upgrade and redesign) for a radio-based product at Techem. Due to his sovereign manner towards the supplier and the employees, he was able to stabilize the situation as the responsible project manager. Decisive milestones such as the specifications and the development contract were pushed forward by him. Since we got to know Mr. Meyer as a professional project manager, we were happy to entrust him with further tasks. During this time he completed an ongoing project and initiated further projects. Until further notice, Mr Meyer should lead the projects to a successful conclusion.

We thank you for your commitment. During your 3-month project contract with Octapharma GmbH in Springe, you have contributed decisively to the success of the WFI ozonisation plant for our albumin production. Their hands-on mentality was very helpful when adjusting and calibrating the measurement and sensor technology. You have also carried out the IQ and OQ acceptance tests.

I write this testimony in the capacity of being associated with Mr Meyer for more than 5 years professionally and as a person. He has an innovative and cost effective approach to every technical challenge. This makes him and his company, Provotek a very valuable asset to his clients. Provotek GmbH is the primary technology partner and one of the sources of investment for MinSolar. In the period from April '17 to the end of September '17, Christoph Meyer from Provotek UG worked at SMA as an interim subproject manager for power electronics. Mr. Meyer convinced in his work to control an international development team. His very good understanding of the system enabled him to quickly get to grips with the complex contexts. The cultural and linguistic challenges were not a problem for him either. Mr. Meyer has been very well placed in our governance model.
